Terms & Conditions

By booking or purchasing any service offered by House of Rashina, a brand operated by Amplify Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the coach”), you (“the client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

The below terms are outlined to help create a working relationship full of understanding, mutual care, and respect. We wish for all our clients to have positive and transformative experiences working with us, and in order to safeguard this process we have established the following set of terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

  • All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance will not be accepted, and the session will be considered forfeited.

  • Each client may reschedule a session up to three (3) times, provided they do so 24 hours before the scheduled date of the session. After the third reschedule, the session will be considered cancelled and completed, with no refund or further rescheduling allowed.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

If a client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or fails to attend the session, the session will be considered completed.

4. Client Responsibility

  • By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that their results depend entirely on their own participation, commitment, and personal circumstances. The coach is in no way responsible for the client’s results.

  • House of Rashina makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services.

5. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking, purchasing, or attending a session, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • If the client does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they must not proceed with any booking, payment, or participation, and should notify Amplify Ltd. in writing (via email at hello@houseofrashina.com, or via the provided contact form) to confirm that they do not wish to proceed.

6. Updates

House of Rashina reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
